Bella 570 Excel harbour cover is a high-quality custom-made protective cover for Bella 570 Excel. The cover is custom-made to order and tailored to your boat’s measurements.

Compatibility and customisation

Custom harbour cover is designed for Bella 570 Excel. The cover is manufactured according to the boat’s measurements, ensuring an excellent fit. Fasteners and pattern positions are matched to the boat. If your boat has aftermarket accessories installed, please let us know when placing your order so we can take them into account during manufacturing.

Materials and quality

We use high-quality, UV-protected fabrics that withstand Nordic weather conditions. The fabric is pre-treated at the textile mill. The fabric is waterproof and breathable, preventing condensation under the cover. All covers are expertly manufactured in Finland.

Ordering and delivery

All our patterns are digitised, so we can supply private customers with quality covers made from original patterns even for older boat models no longer available from retailers. We also manufacture window protection covers and curtains for boats.

When your boat cover is due for replacement, know that you will receive a quality product from us — one designed from the start with your boat’s use in mind. As the original equipment manufacturer, we can offer you a cover made with original patterns to fit your boat.

The WIN code (Watercraft Identification Number) reveals when, where and by whom a boat was built. The system has been in use since 1998 as part of the EU Recreational Craft Directive.

Location on the boat

The WIN code is located on the transom on the right side, just below the rubbing strake. On boats without a transom, it is on the right side of the stern.

Tip

Arches / Frame tubes or Adjustable support

Covers rarely use the same kind of arches as canopies. In most cases the cover is fitted directly over the boat without arches, resting on frame tubes or an adjustable support.

If you want a support structure under the cover — e.g. to prevent water pooling — we can manufacture a set of frame tubes or an adjustable support together with the cover. Order new arches/tubes only if the existing ones no longer fit or are missing.

You can choose either the more affordable harbour cover fabric or the higher-quality Sunbrella Plus canopy fabric (same fabric used in boat canopies).
