Sometimes it happens that a product has a fault, only when it is installed or used. Below you will find instructions on how to report a product defect.

Complaints about a faulty product

If you have bought the product from a retailer, or directly from the boat manufacturer, please make a complaint directly to the seller of the product.

If you have purchased a product directly from VA-Varuste or VA-Varustee’s online store and you find an error in the product, please fill in the form below.

Always contact VA Equipment before returning a product. This will ensure that we have all the necessary dimensions for the repair and, if necessary, we can ask for more information about the fit problem.

In order to speed up the complaint handling process, please always use the form below to make a complaint in the first instance.

You will be contacted by our complaint handler as soon as the complaint has been processed. Complaints are processed in the order in which they are received, normally within 1-3 working days.

If the boat is usually stored more than 30 km from your home address, please provide directions to the boat. Address, directions or coordinates. Based on the location information, we can schedule a possible visit to the boat, if necessary to carry out the repair.

Attach pictures of the error. Take clear pictures of the subject of the complaint. Also take a picture of the boat so that the canopy is fully visible.* (the complaint cannot be processed without pictures)(supported image formats PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, BMP.)
