Winter Cover Pipes – System 30 Fibreglass Frame Pipes
VA-Varuste’s winter cover pipes department offers the System 30 frame pipes for building winter cover structures over boats. The range includes 5 pipe products in various lengths.
Frame Pipes Ø30 mm
The System 30 main structural pipes are Ø30 mm (outer) / Ø26.5 mm (inner) fibreglass/polyester pultrusion pipes. Available in four lengths: 1 m, 1.5 m, 2 m and 3 m. Choose the pipe length to suit your boat size and frame design.
Telescopic Inner Pipe
The telescopic inner pipe Ø26 mm (outer) / Ø23 mm (inner) slides inside the frame pipe and is locked at the desired length with a telescopic lock. The inner pipe allows stepless adjustment of the frame length, which is essential for fitting the frame precisely to the boat’s dimensions.
Fibreglass/Polyester Pultrusion
All pipes are manufactured by FRP pultrusion (fibreglass/polyester). The material is extremely lightweight (350 g/m), flexible and durable. The pipe does not corrode, does not conduct electricity and does not fade under UV radiation. Colour: marble grey.
System 30 Compatibility
The pipes are compatible with all System 30 fittings and connectors: base feet, straight connectors, pivots, T-connectors, telescopic locks and pipe holders.

If you do not know the exact brand and model year of your boat, we will need your old canopy for inspection before we can start making a new one.
The positions of edge fasteners can vary between individual boats. Especially in older boats manufactured in the 1990s or earlier, the risk of differences is greater. For these older models, we need the old canopy at the final stage of the manufacturing process to verify the fastener positions. For newer models, the risk of differences is smaller, but only by aligning the fasteners from the old canopy can we guarantee a perfect fit.
