VA-Pro is VA-Varuste’s most popular boat seat and a modern classic, designed in Finland for safe and comfortable boating in the demanding Nordic conditions. The seat combines ergonomic design, durable materials and versatile adjustability – the features that active boaters demand.

Patented Quick-Adjustment Mechanism

VA-Pro stands out with its patented quick-adjustment system that allows personal seat adjustment in seconds. The backrest adjusts to four different positions, and the thigh support is adjustable to four heights. This ensures every boater finds the optimal driving position for their body – whether cruising at leisure or navigating in challenging conditions.

Durable Construction for Demanding Conditions

The seat frame is made from injection-moulded HDPE plastic and aluminium parts, making the construction durable, lightweight and maintenance-free. VA-Pro weighs 20 kg without pedestal. The design supports the seated person from the sides and keeps the driving position stable even in rough seas. The seat can be raised to an upright position, providing a sturdy standing driving position – particularly useful when navigating and trolling.

Materials and Colour Options

VA-Pro is upholstered in durable synthetic leather or PVC, and is available in several colour combinations: Carbon, Black & Brown, Black & White, Blue Fabric and White Synthetic Leather. Every model is available in both right-hand and left-hand versions. The wide colour range allows the seat to match the boat’s interior styling.

VA-Pro height: 555 mm, width: 550 mm, depth: 510–615 mm depending on thigh support position. Backrest height: 430 mm. Dimensions do not include pedestal or slide, which are ordered separately.

Accessories and Maintenance

A protective cover is available for the VA-Pro, protecting the seat from dirt, debris and UV radiation when the boat is not in use. Seat pedestals and swivel plates are available separately in the VA Boat Seats range. Cleaning and care is easy following VA-Varuste’s care instructions or the material manufacturer’s guidelines.
