Installation and Arch Fittings – Canopy Frame Components in Stainless Steel, Plastic and Aluminium

VA-Varuste’s installation and arch fittings department offers 50 products for building, repairing and maintaining boat canopy frames. Fittings are available in stainless steel (AISI 316), aluminium and durable plastic.

End Caps

End caps neatly finish canopy frame tube ends. Stainless steel end caps available in three sizes: 20, 22 and 25 mm. Plastic end caps (Ø14 mm) in grey and black. J-type end caps in stainless steel for curved tube structures (20, 22 and 25 mm).

Jaw Slides

Jaw slides connect canopy frame tubes together. Stainless steel jaw slides for 20, 22 and 25 mm tubes. Lightweight jaw slides (20 and 25 mm) for lighter frame constructions. Plastic jaw slides in grey and black.

Deck and Side Fittings

Deck fittings include curved deck fitting, screw-on deck fitting, clevis pin deck fitting, angled deck fitting and swivel deck fitting in stainless steel. Side fittings in stainless steel and grey plastic. Hinged rail fittings (22, 25 and 30 mm) allow the frame to open at passageways.

Slides, Bushings and Mounting Parts

Side slides, deck slides and plastic slides guide the moving parts of the canopy frame. Adapter bushings (Ø21/25 mm and Ø25/30 mm) allow combining different tube sizes. End bushings, fitting bushings, quick-release pins and rail adapters complete the range.

Support Poles

Support poles hold the canopy or cover during storage. Three lengths: short (55–90 cm), medium (87–150 cm) and long (99–178 cm). Spiked support pole (100–180 cm) stays firmly in place on soft surfaces.
