VA-Varuste’s custom canopies are model-specific boat canopies with patterns designed precisely for each boat brand and model. We manufacture custom canopies for over 30 boat brands, including Yamarin, Bella, Finnmaster, Flipper, Buster, Silver and Aquador. Each boat model has its own dedicated patterns and fastening points.

Sunbrella Plus fabric and quality manufacturing

Custom canopies are manufactured from Sunbrella Plus marine-grade fabric, which is UV-protected, waterproof and breathable. The fabric is pre-treated at the textile mill. Frame tubes are HST steel or aluminium depending on the boat’s size and type. Canopies are sewn and cut using Gerber automated cutters in our ISO 9001 certified production facility.

Canopy types

We manufacture 1-piece and 2-piece boat canopies, aft canopies, convertible canopies and special constructions such as canopies with roof hatches. The canopy construction and number of sections are determined by the boat’s size and model.

Model-specific design

Custom canopy patterns are designed using 3D modelling in collaboration with boat manufacturers. Fasteners and pattern positions are matched to each specific model. If your boat has aftermarket accessories installed, please let us know when placing your order so we can take them into account during manufacturing.

Ordering and delivery
